Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information held by Food Photo Studio (food.shadedegree.com).
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to support@food.shadedegree.com from the email address associated with your account. In your email, include:
- The subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
- The email address or username linked to your account
- Any additional information that helps us identify your account
What Happens Next
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it. Once your request is verified and processed:
- Your account information will be permanently deleted
- Your order history and personal data will be removed from our systems
- You will no longer be able to log in to your account
Please note that certain data may be retained where required by law, for accounting and tax obligations, or for the prevention of fraud and abuse.
Deleting via Facebook Login
If you registered using Facebook Login, you can also disconnect the app from your Facebook account at any time via your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites. Disconnecting prevents further data sharing, but to delete data already stored with us, please submit a deletion request as described above.
